After years of rapid growth — millions of members, thousands of partners and a team that had tripled post-Covid — the brand no longer reflected the size, maturity or ambition of the organisation. We elevated the brand to feel established, professional and ready for partnership, while building an internal identity that helped employees reconnect with the values behind the badge.
